Adopt-a-Puppet

WHAT IS THE ADOPTION PROGRAM?

…It's a way for you, your company or organization, to become an important member of our growing family.

Our children, the Kids on the Block puppets, need a loving "parent" to care for them. The KIDS of San Diego that are already with us seek attention and an opportunity to perfom. Other KIDS, still living at the Puppet Workshop in Maryland, would also like to find a home in San Diego. These KIDS need financial support to be able to visit schools, hospitals and community centers and share their important stories.

Here's what you can do...

Meet our Sponsors

You can easily become an adopting parent. All you have to do is sincerely care about children. You may choose a puppet or a program which is of particular interest to you, your organization or place of business.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF ADOPTING A KIDS ON THE BLOCK PUPPET?

  • A Certificate of Adoption verifying your puppet and/or program adoption.
  • Participation in an Adoption Ceremony.
  • One performance at the location of your choice by your adopted puppet.
  • An article in the Kids on the Block of San Diego newsletter announcing your adoption. One “home” performance at the location of your choice.
